Search For Homes

After working with Adam twice now, I'm not sure I can ever use any other real estate agent. He is incredibly well prepared to deal with this fast paced market and very familiar with Framingham and the surrounding area. As soon as we told him we were looking to move he immediately began sending us listings and setting up times to see properties. He is responsive, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to help out his clients. He never made me feel pressured to go above my budget and also made sure that we didn't settle for a house that wasn't exactly what we were looking for. He got us set up with an inspector, mortgage lender, and lawyer all of whom were awesome to work with. He has a seemingly endless network of contacts for both the buying process and home ownership needs after the fact. As much as my family and I love our new home we are eager to work with Adam again in the future.

My wife and I were looking to move out of the city and were targeting towns such as Newton, Needham, Natick, Wellesley, Weston and a few friends had great experiences with Adam. All along, he wasn't just sourcing properties and sending them along - he was doing background research on flood zones, taxes, developer, set-back requirements, ability to place a pool (one of our wants), septic, and commute time for my wife who works in the city. He was giving us the full picture in a way that no site can - and that no other broker we had worked with before had ever done. Truly above and beyond! When he/we found the right house - he got us an exclusive pre-open house viewing - and helped us strategize an early offer and negotiation that won the house and caused Seller to cancel the opens altogether! He read the situation and played it perfectly to our advantage. We simply cannot recommend Adam more highly to you as you start your search for your next home. There is no one better - hands down.
